For inpatient admissions, our admission team provides patients with comprehensive information about available amenities, services, packages, room categories, and tariffs, to ensure that they are well-informed about their options.
Should the need arise for a patient to be referred to another department or specialty, our front desk executives, relationship managers, and patient coordinators work together to ensure a seamless transition, with a patient care executive accompanying the patient to the concerned department.
Throughout their stay, our healthcare team and patient coordinators attend to the needs of our patients, providing them and their attendants with detailed information about their admission, post-admission process, requirements post-hospitalization, tentative time of stay, discharge date, post-discharge and follow-up dates, frequency of follow-up consultations, and any other pertinent details.
Upon discharge, our patient care executives coordinate all arrangements and advise patients to be accompanied by a family member or friend to ensure they are informed about post-discharge care and self-help techniques. The discharge process is usually carried out between 10 am and 12 pm and may take around 3 hours or more.
